Message that fight tickets win. Or that he fought a ticket for the same circumstance, and lost, that would be helpful. But:
Modern technology with these radars is great. Questionable, there were a number of websites two years ago detailing why radar errors are inaccurate, whether they be because of calibration or due to environmental errors.

They can clock you while rolling in the oposite direction. no disagreement from me.

Guaranteed that you will lose if you fight it. This is really where my disagreement is. People win fighting speeding tickets. Cops don't show, in this case if the cop tells the truth, the fine is reduced, or dropped...which is a "win" in my book.

Its the cops word against yours. The cop's word was that he radared the Honda. He just needs to tell the judge the honda had just overtaken him, and he just pulled into the fast lane to overtake the slow moving truck in the slow lane.

Just take Defensive Driving and dont whine about the police doing their jobs. Fighting the ticket should take less time than defensive driving. I don't know what the laws are in FL, but normally you only get 1 defensive driving per 2 years, so if you can avoid using it in this situation, it may be beneficial.

Thanks...Drive thru. Seriously, it is too easy to attack someone when they finish a post with this.

:that he posted asking about his ticket, and whether he should fight it or not.
:And people should only reply if they think he should fight it, since that's the general consensus.
:So why should he post about the ticket in the first place?

I actually stated that I'm glad he has an opinion. I'm not stating that he shouldn't counter the general consensus, but if agreeing or diagreeing, facts/stats/experience is better than an opinion, which in this case is refutable, and delivered poorly. The reason I got on the soapbox is because some people (not necessarily 2 Zweet) are posting opinions (without merit) to posts where more than an opinion is desired. If someone asks about caliper paint color opinions or which bodykit to get, than opinions are great.

Of course, this is all just my opinion, isn't it.
